Great experience. I hired a pt to lose some festive pounds and couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve got more energy more confidence and my sleep pattern has improved no end. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pt

Ross is a fantastic PT. I’ve been in a wheelchair for 20 years during which time my upper body has become depressingly weak (it’s difficult & time consuming to work out effectively in a chair). Ross is excellent at encouraging & motivating, deeply knowledgeable - and conveniently super strong to move me about out of my chair. And it’s all done with just the right balance between being friendly while being professional. Can’t recommend him enough.
